Greeny Factory.

The Greeny project is a state-of-the-art factory for manufacturing, processing, freezing and preserving frozen fruits and vegetables, including an administration building and the company’s new headquarters within the compound. SAN-MIA delivered the complete construction and installation package — from civil works to turnkey handover, including supervision of the factory machinery installation.

Scope of work

• Civil & construction works — site preparation, excavation, foundations, structure and all civil works.
• Electrical works — power distribution, lighting, panels, cabling and all electrical installations.
• Mechanical works — HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, industrial piping and related systems.
• Finishing works — flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, facades and interior/exterior finishing.
• Machinery & equipment installation supervision — supervision of factory machinery and equipment installation and testing.
• Turnkey handover — full project delivery, testing, commissioning and handover.
